Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

Prepare the Package

Place the jewelry in its original FerriFirenze presentation box and secure it inside the shipping carton along with all authenticity certificates and original packaging.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
